Born as a Native Californian into a rich heritage of hairstylists and barbers.  As a graduate from Contempo School of Beauty in Inglewood, CA (1990), she began my career at Loretta's Hair Salon in Los Angeles, CA.  Within her experience in the hair industry at the time, her skills strengthened at Whipped Hair in Los Angeles under the mentorship of Pam Armstrong.

In 1997, she relocated to Tulsa, OK; where she continued to pursue her career in cosmetology.  In her 34 years of experience in the industry of hair, healthy hair has become her focus.

 Myechia Love has been a  educator for Basic Hair Care and Design Essentials in her earlier years  working in the industry, and she continues to grow and touch lives with her piers and clients.

Myechia has a passion for helping her clients feel great about their appearance and love who they are inside and out. Myechia proudly owned her  own salon for 17 years, and now currently works in her studio at The City Studios in Liberty Tower.   Myechia offers professional hair care and quality customer service.  Level 7 Studio  is a place in which the "atmosphere" is the topic of conversation.

Myechia is known in Tulsa, Oklahoma as “The SilkPress Queen.”  Myechia’s West-Coast training is the foundation of  “Natural Hair Pressing“ or what we call now  “Silk Pressing” being established in Tulsa Oklahoma. Long flowing hair shows the  "LOVE" that Myechia pours into it. 

 Extensions and custom-made wigs are also in high demand. Myechia’s goal  is to produce “Clean beauty.” Her experience and professional products she uses continue to help her achieve healthy hair that leaves her clients walking out the door with shining, flowing and beautiful hair.
